Problems

Many problems i am facing with my account for a long period of time now on the school's Mac computers:

• Cannot save Microsoft word files (Says scratch disk is full)
• Cannot open pictures in photoshop (pictures saved from the internet cannot be opened up in photoshop and the error i get is that "Could not complete your request because a JPEG marker segment is too short (the file maybe truncated or incomplete)")
• Cannot open graphics in illustrator (It will open but no images will appear)
• Pictures are saved on desktop (usually they get deleted every time you log off)
• Errors of scratch disk being full
